Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes! As we’ve grown, we’ve expanded our transit networks. Now we can ship our fabulous fitness shoes to you nearly anywhere in the world.
How long does shipping take?
On average, shipping takes 10-25 days; depending on where you are located. Need it faster? Choose express shipping at checkout
When are items dispatched?
When you place your order, we’ll dispatch it 1-2 days after your payment is processed.
Where is my order?
We’re sorry your order is delayed. That doesn’t usually happen. Reach out via the details on our contact page and we’ll investigate for you.
Is this website safe?
Absolutely. Our shop is hosted on Shopify, one of the largest platforms for e-commerce in the world and we use PayPal and other trusted payment platforms globally. So, you can trust your payment information is secure.
What if I want to cancel?
Not a problem. Send us an email within the first 24 hours after making your purchase and we’ll cancel your order. Waited too long? You’ll need to follow our refund policy. (Note there is a 4% non-refundable processing charges deducted).
I've received an item that doesn’t match the product description on the website. What should I do?
That’s odd! Please send us an email with pictures and a description of what went wrong and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
