GENERAL
WellnessMasCo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (including tariffs and taxes) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. WellnessMasCo shall have the exclusive rights to decide, amend, and modify the delivery terms (including but not limited to return, refund cancellation etc.) and fees.
Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

- Estimated delivery time: 7-10 working days
- International Delivery:
- Shipment cost: $10
- Estimated delivery time: 10-21 working days
PROCESSING TIME
- Please allow 1-7 working days for all orders to be processed and dispatched. Processing times may be extended if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
DISPATCH TIMES:
- The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
